Everything you need to know to plan your holiday in Livigno
Sometimes, when you’re planning a holiday, a few questions can come up: don’t worry—below you’ll find the answers to the most common ones, so you can travel light and stress‑free!
How far is Livigno town centre?
We are right in the centre, inside the limited traffic zone, 350 metres from the main square and just a short walk from slopes and lifts.
How do I enter the limited-traffic zone (ZTL) to reach the hotel?
With your booking confirmation you will receive a form to fill in to authorise your licence plate, along with all the necessary information and the route to reach us. Alternatively, from 12:00 on the day of arrival, you can enter exclusively through gate no. 6 on Via Boscola and pick up the form to fill in directly at reception.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check‑in is from 15:00 to 22:00 on the day of arrival; check‑out is by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Is the reception always open?
No, reception service is available every day from 8:00 to 22:00.
Can I leave my luggage at the property after check‑out or before check‑in?
Yes, we have a dedicated space, so you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Mastercard and Diners Club. We do not accept cheques.
Do you have parking?
Yes. We have a free outdoor parking area, subject to availability. If it’s full, the ski‑slope parking is just a short walk away.
Do you have EV charging stations?
Yes. We have an EV charging point that you can manage easily with a convenient app.
Are the rooms soundproof?
Yes, all our rooms are soundproof and we have a certification that proves it. For us, it’s important that your stay is as relaxing as possible!
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00.
Do you serve eggs at breakfast?
Yes. Every day we offer fresh eggs cooked in different tasty ways, such as fried or scrambled.
Do you offer restaurant service, half board and full board?
Yes, you can choose between B&B, half board or full board. We have an in‑house Restaurant & Pizzeria, open also to external guests, offering an à la carte menu (if you stay B&B and still want to try our cuisine) as well as dedicated menus for guests on half board or full board.
What kind of menu do you serve for guests staying on half board or full board?
We offer a tasty, carefully curated menu that changes every day, with a buffet starter, a first course to choose from 4 options, a main course with side to choose from 4 options, and a homemade dessert. Drinks are excluded, so you can pair whatever you prefer.
What are the restaurant opening hours?
We are open every day for both lunch and dinner, with hours that differ between summer and winter:
Summer Winter
Lunch: 12:00 – 14:30 12:00 -15:00
Dinner: 19:00 – 22 :00 18.30 – 22:00
Please remember that the last seating time is 30 minutes before closing.
I have food intolerances/allergies—can you help?
Our chef will be happy to offer you various options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Let us know when you book, so we can organise your experience in the best possible way.
Do you offer room service?
Yes, room service is available during lunch and dinner service hours.
Do you accept pets in the hotel?
Even though we love animals, to guarantee maximum comfort for all guests staying in the hotel, we have decided not to accept pets.
Are pets allowed at Galli’s Restaurant & Pizzeria?
Yes, pets are welcome. We usually prefer to seat you in the veranda room so your four‑legged friend can stay calmer. If it’s already occupied, we’ll gladly find a place in the indoor dining room as well. Please mention it when booking your table, so we can organise the seating in the best possible way.
Do you have a spa or somewhere to relax?
No, we don’t have an in‑house wellness centre, but we are close to Aquagranda, the largest wellness park in the Alps. Feel free to ask reception for information.
Do you have bikes for guests?
Yes, we offer free traditional (non‑electric) city bikes. If you’d like something different (e.g., an e‑bike), we have partner agreements with nearby rental shops.
Is the property accessible for guests with disabilities?
Unfortunately, even though our property has been renovated recently, it does not have a lift or dedicated rooms, so we are unable to accommodate guests with disabilities.
Do you have a smoking room?
Yes, we have a cosy and elegant Cigar Room where you can smoke—including cigars—and enjoy delicious pairings of rum, whisky and chocolate.
Do you have a ski storage room?
Yes. We have an area accessible only to hotel guests with their room key. Each room has a dedicated locker with a ski‑boot heater. It is strictly forbidden to bring skis, boards, boots or anything else into the rooms.
Do you have bike storage?
Yes. We have an indoor area—unattended but accessible only to hotel guests—where you can leave your bike. We recommend bringing a lock with you to be 100% secure. It is strictly forbidden to bring bikes into the rooms.
How far are the ski slopes?
Ski lifts no. 20 and 21 are just 50 metres from the hotel. From here, with a few lift connections, you can easily reach the starting point of the Sitas chairlift. Returning from the Carosello 3000 side is ski‑in, directly towards the hotel.
Are there ski/snowboard rentals and schools nearby?
The closest ski/snowboard rental and school are just 50 metres from the hotel—very easy to reach on foot.
Do you offer skipass/bikepass pick-up service?
Yes—by ordering them in advance, you can pick up your passes directly at the hotel, without queues or having to go elsewhere.
Do you have Wi‑Fi?
Yes, we have Wi‑Fi coverage throughout the hotel.
