The elegant indoor dining room and the bright glass‑walled veranda create the perfect setting for a moment where flavour reaches new heights.

Menus for hotel guests

For guests who choose half board or full board, we offer a dedicated menu every day—varied and delicious.

It starts with a generous buffet starter, followed by a first course and a main course with side, both to choose from four different proposals, and ends with a tempting homemade dessert.

Drinks are excluded, so you’re free to pair whatever you like.

À la carte menu

Our à la carte menu, also available to external guests, combines mountain flavours, contemporary proposals and a selection of recipes that are part of the TAST project: sciatt, polenta taragna, Valtellina pizzoccheri, local cured meats and cheeses.

Preparations follow the seasonality of ingredients and are paired with a curated wine list designed to enhance every dish.

Grilling is one of our strengths, and it all starts with the display case where you can see our cuts before they’re cooked.

Wagyu, picanha and selected cuts mature to their ideal balance and are then cooked on the large grill, with precise techniques and intense flavours.

Pizza? Yes, please!

Our pizzeria is available all year round: in summer it’s open only for dinner, while in winter it’s active all day long—perfect for that classic post‑ski craving.

The dough is light, the proofing is long as tradition teaches, and the ingredients are carefully selected for pizzas that are soft, easy to digest and full of flavour.

Our kitchen offers various gluten‑free alternatives, options for children and vegetarian dishes—designed to make you feel welcome and enjoy a tasty, relaxed experience whatever your needs.
